Peanut Butter Cookies

• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 ½ cups flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt

Cream peanut butter, butter and sugars. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, sifted with baking powder, soda and salt. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet. Press down with a fork.

Bake at 350 º for 12 - 15 minutes.
