
Rice & Green Pea Salad
- 1 1/3 cups rice
- 1 ½ cups salted water
As soon as rice is cooked, add:
- 10 ounces frozen peas
- 1 ½ cups chopped celery
- ¼ cup chopped onion
Dressing:
- ½ cup corn oil
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 3 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp curry
- ½ tsp sugar
Add a can of chow mein noodles just before serving.
