Tulip Festival

Canada's Tulip Festival is held in Ottawa every spring and this year we were lucky enough to be there right in the middle of it all. In spite of the rain and cool weather, we were still able to get out and enjoy the hundreds of thousands of tulips planted in the city.  Here you will see some of my favourite pictures, from tulip beds in Commissioners Park, to Tulipmania creations in Major's Hill Park to the five foot tall fibreglass tulips in front of City Hall. If you are planning a trip to Ottawa, spring is a great time to go, if only to see the tulips!
